  • Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    Team Leadership & Engagement

  • Maximize the potential of all product categories through Brand storytelling by delivering the brand image proposition to commercially enhance the journey
  • Building and fostering strong, loyal relationships between clients and the brand
  • Leveraging all clienteling tools and opportunities to drive loyalty
  • Operations

  • Manage inventory flow to minimize shrink loss through operational excellence
  • Managing floor recovery, size and price integrity
  • Analysis data, utilise reports and make conclusions to optimise performance and/or take corrective action in collaboration with the General Manager
  • Inspire the team to deliver sales and profitability
  • Unlocking talent that drives the team by developing your team product knowledges and selling skills
  • Support the induction and welcome process of new team members
  • Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • The successful candidate has previous experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with an FMCG/Apparel company
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a management role
  • You have strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Dutch and English
  • You are accustomed to setting and managing store performance through KPI´s and a have a strong business acumen and skill set which enables the management and development of our employees
  • You feel comfortable working under pressure and with deadlines
