As an Assistant Store Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will help steer store performance and embody the brand values. - Support Store Manager in delivering KPIs and profit opportunities
- Set daily and weekly sales targets for the store team
- Monitor KPIs and team performance via reports and action plans
- Control costs and store operations (stock management, payroll, admin, rostas)
- Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge
- Cover store duties in the Store Manager’s absence
- Maintain strong visual standards across the store
