You’re the gatekeeper of customer service; no customer of yours will walk out the door unsatisfied. You are a motivator for others, driving sales through the roof, and customers see you as the face of the No Label success story.
Responsibilities:
- Making sure the customers receive the best service possible
- Being a right hand to the store manager
- Running the daily store operations
- Leading the team when the store manager is absent
- Overseeing store processes to ensure they run correctly and coming up with improvements where needed
Qualifications:
- Service oriented
- Strong communication skills, able to keep up a conversation with anyone
- Experience with leadership, with examples to prove this
We don’t require you to have years of experience or a passion for fashion; we just need you to be adaptable and have a thirst for knowledge.
