Summary
A dynamic working environment to tackle with demand and supply across several sales division in Europe and multiple factories globally. Responsible for cross function communication/coordination and data collection/analysis to achieve proper stock and purchase management.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring market demand and upcoming supply status
- Co-work with factories to manage incoming delivery and production
- Cooperate with market to monitor on-hand stock and purchase plan
- Product and Lineup integration/transition during new model year switch
- In-house cross function operation with warehousing and logistic team
- Preparing monthly budget and expense report + Cost analysis
- Create and improve data tool, for example, BI or any other smart business monitor platform
Requirement
- At least 3 years of experience in demand planning is preferred
- English fluent (Dutch/Mandarin is plus)
- Good with numbers, logic and data analytical skill
- Handy with Excel and data collection handling
- Interested in bike
- Flexible to new challenge
