We are looking for a motivated Financial Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a Financial Administrative Assistant, you are responsible for carrying out various financial tasks. You ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data and work together with colleagues to optimise financial processes. The position is for 32 hours per week.

Your duties at Unifiedpost B.V. include:

  • Following up outstanding sales invoices, debtor management;
  • Handling telephone and written communication from customers as well as communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters;
  • Processing sales invoices;
  • Processing bank mutations;
  • Maintaining general ledger accounts and sub-administrations;
  • Preparing and maintaining statements and reports;
  • Assisting with monthly and year-end closures;
  • Performing financial audits and analysis.

  • What do we expect from you?

  • MBO level 4/HBO degree in business administration, financial administration or similar;
  • Experience in a similar position is an advantage;
  • You have good communication skills, being sociable but also confident and able to respond adequately to ad hoc situations;
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages both verbally and in writing;
  • Knowledge of Excel, Exact Globe and NetSuite is an advantage.
