Kobelco Construction Machinery Europe B.V. (KCME) is recruiting a Medio/Senior legal and compliance Manager to further support our fast-growing Excavator and Cranes business.
Part-time can be considered (32 hours).
You will:
Set up a European legal and compliance structure/ framework:
• To cover our Trade and marketing activities
• Review and advice on current contracts with suppliers, customers and partners
• Advice on legal and compliance issues companywide coming from strategic or legal changes (EU/NL).
You have:
• Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated high academic achievement. Or mid-level degree with additionally relevant courses to stay up to date with accounting, tax and customs developments.
• Hands on experience with contracts and legal frameworks
• Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in English- speaking, writing, and reading
• Flexible and able to respond quickly and effectively to changing priorities
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Discrete and confidential attitude and behavior
