- English at minimum B2 level
- Full-time availability
- Some experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Experience with warehouse equipment is an advantage
- Willingness to work in 2 shifts between 06:00 and 24:00
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Training and development

High Season Opportunities
During our peak season (October through December), additional shifts may be available, including night shifts.
For night shifts, you can benefit from an attractive 145% salary allowance, giving you the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings.

As a Logistic Employee at Arvato in Lelystad, your responsibilities may include:
- Operating warehouse vehicles such as a reach truck, forklift and EPT
- Moving and storing pallets at designated warehouse locations
- Picking and packing orders
- Scanning products and processing inventory movements
- Labeling products and shipments and loading and unloading goods
- Performing general warehouse and logistics activities
- Working safely and efficiently according to warehouse procedures
- No two days are the same in our fast-paced logistics operation!
This role offers opportunities to grow into positions such as Quality Employee or Team Leader for employees who show commitment and initiative.
