Heat and Control operates in the food and beverage industry as a manufacturer for the sales and development of individual machines and complete production lines. As a PLC Engineer, you coordinate the commissioning of their machines and production lines at customer sites, primarily within Europe but also in the Middle East.

What are you going to do?

As a PLC Engineer, you primarily work on location with Heat and Control’s customers, collaborating with colleagues to commission newly delivered machines and production lines.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Commissioning new machines and production lines at customer sites
  • Optimizing PLC programs during commissioning
  • Assessing the technical condition and operation of machines and production lines, providing advice to the project team and/or service department
  • Resolving technical malfunctions at customer locations
  • Providing instructions to operators and maintenance teams of customers regarding the use and maintenance of machines and production lines
  • Generating reports on the completed work

    Job requirements:

  • Bachelor or master, preferably in electrical engineering
  • International work experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience with PLC systems and programming (Siemens and Allen Bradley)
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Willingness to travel for your job.
