We are looking for an enthusiastic teammate to support the implementation of sales strategies for the BELUX/Southern Europe (SE) and Middle East (ME) regions.   • Provide support in the development and implementation of sales strategies for BELUX/Southern Europe (SE) and the Middle East (ME).
  • Fulfill an inside sales role with periodic outside appointments with international key accounts, with opportunities to grow into a permanent outside sales role.
  • Manage key accounts and support key sales partners.
  • Develop tools and processes to improve sales performance in various markets and drive internal projects.
  • Support local sales teams, sales partners and agents in acquiring sales projects.
  • Coordinate the sales process of the companies’ products within our company, with strong involvement in the US back office.
  • Improve sales processes in collaboration with various departments to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Setting up and improving pricing and bonus systems for customers.
  • Perform market analysis and use it to optimize the approach to the market in the relevant region.

Functie eisen

  • Experience in the business field, preferably in the EPDM industry.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and service.
  • Analytical thinking skills.
  • Experience managing projects.
  • Proactive attitude and familiar with effective approaches.
  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English language.
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a plus.
