The Sales Support and Customer Experience Coordinator typically plays a dual role, combining sales support activities and project management responsibilities to ensure a good customer experience. He/she is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the OSA & Diagnostics sales team, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience and managing customers requests and projects.
This role involves overseeing requests, timelines, coordinating internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support 

  • Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as email, orders and invoices management and scheduling coordination in alignment with account managers. 

  • Customer Relations: Help manage customers and respond to customer inquiries on behalf of the account managers, in alignment with organization and suppliers. 

  • Sales Offers and Contract management: support account managers to prepare offers for potential new customers / sales with the right content and prices. Keep strong overview on current contracts and support in the preparation of new (current and new customers)

  • Offers and products Prices: ensure the price lists are always up to date, in line in the system, communicated to customers and formalized in contracts.

  • Communication: Draft presentations and reports for account managers for meetings with customers. 
     

  • 2. Project Management for customer experience

  • Customers request tracking: monitor the progress of each customer request in a structured way using reports/data. Have a clear overview of the current status of each customer and proactively start actions/projects within the organization to ensure to deliver customers requests and expectations. 

  • Sales Planning: Develop and manage timelines / deadlines for customer requests and sales-related projects.

  • Coordination & Cross-Departmental Liaison:

  • Work across teams (account managers, customer service, nurses, purchase, logistics etc) to ensure that customers requests and sales-related projects stay on track, resolving bottlenecks and ensuring timely delivery. 

  • Act as a bridge between different departments (e.g., operations, marketing) to ensure alignment to deliver customer expectations and requests.

  • Sales Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and workflows, potentially working with IT/ data analysts to implement efficient sales tools.

  • Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in sales support, customer service, or project management roles.

  • Skills: strong organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experienced in CRM software, project management tools, power points.
