Overview
As a trusted finance partner for the Netherlands entities, you will deliver accurate financial reporting while ensuring statutory compliance and providing financial analysis to support business performance. You will work closely with the Financial Controller across two sites, contributing to governance and cross-functional insight. The role offers exposure to IFRS and Dutch GAAP in a multinational setting, with a clear impact on balance sheet integrity and month-end processes. You will drive timely closes and collaborate across finance workstreams to enable informed decisions.

- Month-end close and reporting (3-day close)
- Balance sheet reconciliations and accuracy reviews
- Journal preparation and posting including payroll and accruals
- Support for external audits and audit schedules

Belangrijkste vereisten
- Degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
- 3+ years in GL accounting, financial reporting, audit or controllership
- Dutch GAAP & IFRS knowledge; US GAAP a plus
- Fluent Dutch and English; strong communication to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with external audit and multinational environments
- Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to explain financials clearly
- Ability to interact with all organizational levels and meet deadlines
- Experience with Oracle Cloud and financial systems (OneStream/Workiva experience is a plus)
