You’re the gatekeeper of customer service; no customer of yours will walk out the door unsatisfied. You are a motivator for others, you drive sales through the roof, and customers see you as the face of the No Label success story.
Responsibilities:
- Making sure the customers receive the best service possible
- Manage a team of sales assistants
- Monitor store performance, on all aspects
- Motivate, lead and guide the team
- Oversee store processes run correctly and come up with improvements where needed
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Service oriented
- Strong communication skills, you can keep up a conversation with anyone
- Proven leadership skills or experience
- Ability to create and analyze store data
We don’t require you to have years of experience or a ”passion” for fashion; we just need you to be adaptable and have a thirst for knowledge.
