For this position, you bring:
- MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Experience with ERP and or WMS systems is a plus, such as SAP
- Knowledge of warehouse processes such as inbound, outbound and inventory management
- A structured and process focused approach

Functieomschrijving
As a Warehouse Support Specialist, you are the link between the daily warehouse operation, systems and processes. You spend a large part of your day on the warehouse floor, so you know what is happening in the operation and can quickly respond when something goes wrong.
A process is not working as expected? An order is stuck? Inventory does not match the system? You investigate what is happening, identify the cause and work with the right colleagues to find a solution.
As a Warehouse Support Specialist, you will:
- Act as a first point of contact for operational and system related questions and issues
- Investigate discrepancies in orders, inventory and warehouse processes
- Use ERP and WMS systems to identify and resolve operational issues
- Analyse operational data and performance using Excel
- Monitor data quality and ensure information in operational systems is accurate
- Support root cause analyses and corrective actions
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest practical process improvements
- Work closely with Warehouse Operations, Quality, Planning, Customer Support and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the successful launch and further development of the new Tech operation in Lelystad
The position is carried out in a 2 shift operation. You have your own office directly on the warehouse floor, giving you the space to focus when needed while keeping you closely connected to the daily operation.
