What will you do?

As an Inside Sales Representative, you focus on pre- and after-sales for our Identity services, mainly eHerkenning, from our office in Lelystad. You will actively approach new and existing customers, answer questions and prepare quotations. Collaboration with account managers, Customer Service and Marketing is essential.

  • You actively listen to the needs of our customers and analyse complex situations to identify key issues.
  • With your keen insight and knowledge of our product or service, you spot opportunities where others see challenges.
  • You are able to formulate tailor-made advice that addresses customer needs and provides the right solution direction.

    We would be happy to see

  • Minimum MBO-4 working and thinking level and preferably two years’ experience in a similar position;
  • A very good command of the Dutch language in word and writing, a good command of the English language is a plus;
  • A sense of responsibility and a proactive commercial attitude;
  • A hands on mentality;
  • Ability to work independently and put your own stamp on your day-to-day work;
  • Organisational talent with ambition to grow within Sales or one of the other departments.
