Core responsibilities
Support global product introductions by creating articles in ERP (Oracle) and databases
Support annual SKU rationalization, brand, and marketing plans: utilize reporting systems to run SKU/product line sales and volume reports,
Continuously improve the quality of the data (5000 SKUs),
Provide product data, sales, and stock overviews to support internal stakeholders,
Execute daily mutations in ERP systems and take away bottlenecks,
Manage data systems and data input related to new product creation and rationalization (Oracle, Optiva, Product Vision, Intelligent Authoring, Navigator Stage Gate Process, CRS, Access Databases),
Responsible to develop and update processes, procedures, work instructions, forms and tool including coordination with other departments
Work with product management team on all product life cycle initiatives,
Ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally in a matrix organization,
Ability to work autonomously with minimum supervision,
Project Management and coordination skills to manage projects,
Good communication and analytical skills,
Excellent attention to detail;
Good command of English and Dutch
